ADAPT is an Employee Resource Group (ERG) aimed at creating a culture where individuals of all differing abilities and their caregivers thrive through a sense of belonging and holistic support. To help spread the word, ADAPT launched a global campaign that encouraging employees to embrace their superpowers. Together, we can zap away common stigmas associated with disabilities while also empowering our own abilities. So grab an ADAPT Superhero cape, and join us March 1st to polar plunge, benefiting Special Olympics Minnesota!
