Welcome to our Functional Industries, Inc. Polar Plunge team fundraising page!
Functional Industries, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing meaningful work training, employment support, and enrichment opportunities to adults with disabilities and severe and persistent mental health diagnoses. Our mission is to create and promote innovative opportunities that help reveal the natural potential of each person we serve. Through vocational training, life skills development, and engaging in integrated community events, we strive to create opportunities that foster confidence, purpose, and personal growth.
Many of the individuals who receive services through Functional Industries proudly participate in a variety of Special Olympics sports, demonstrating teamwork, determination, and resilience. These activities not only promote physical health, but also build friendships, self-esteem, and a strong sense of belonging.
We are excited to support these athletes and help fundraise for our community, ensuring they have access to the resources, equipment, and experiences that allow them to thrive. Together, we can continue creating inclusive opportunities and making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

$500 - Provides funding to start a brand new Special Olympics Minnesota Delegation
$1250 - Sends a Special Olympics Minnesota athlete to Special Olympics USA Games
