Ready to make a splash for a great cause? Join us for the Polar Plunge at Lake Nokomis—Minnesota is proudly hosting the Special Olympics USA Games from June 20-26, 2026, and every dollar raised supports our incredible athletes with gear, equipment, and sponsorships.
Choose your level: dash, plunge, or donate! This fun, family- and dog-friendly event offers warming tents, food trucks, bonfires with s’mores, and free Johnny Pops for the kids. Whether you’re in for the Frozen 5K, the Polar Plunge, or just cheering everyone on, your involvement helps show our athletes they have the support of their home state.
