The Minneapolis Eagles coaches are taking the Plunge On March 7, 2026. We’re trading our whistles for swimsuits and diving into Lake Nokomis for the annual Polar Plunge. We’re "Freezin’ for a Reason" to ensure every Minneapolis Eagle has the equipment, registration fees, and support they need to soar this season. We’re willing to become human popsicles for our players, but we need your help to make the splash count! Whether you give $10 or $100, your donation keeps our program competitive and accessible. Help us hit our goal and prove that Eagles fly (and swim) together!
