Traditional Plunge During our traditional Plunges, participants from across Minnesota register to jump into frigid water right in the middle of winter.

Cool School Plunge At Cool School events, students & staff Plunge at their school with the Plungester, our custom mobile pool.

Dash & Splash During the Dash & Splash at Minneapolis, participants run a family-friendly 5K and then take the Plunge into chilly Lake Nokomis!

Frozen 5K The Frozen 5K is a family-friendly race, fun run or walk at the Minneapolis Plunge.

Virtual Plunge Get creative! This option allows you to design your own cold-weather activity and still raise funds for Special Olympics Minnesota.

Refund Policy: We reserve the right to cancel an in-person event due to inclement weather, safety concerns or other reasons.
