Kevin Torgerson with the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office. I'm also the director of the Rochester Plunge where we have been plunging for 22 years and have raised $3.4 million dollars. I'm also on the Minnesota LETR Executive Council for 20 plus years and Special Olympics Board of Directors for three years.
