I am honored to be participating in the 2026 Polar Plunge Executive Challenge in Minneapolis to support Special Olympics Minnesota, an organization whose mission of inclusion, empowerment, and community aligns deeply with my values. I’ve seen firsthand how bringing people together, whether clients, colleagues, or our broader communities, creates meaningful impact.

Our firm prides itself on community engagement and service, and this event is a memorable way to put those values into action. I’ve always embraced a good challenge and the opportunity to try something new, and while plunging into freezing water might be outside my everyday comfort zone, it’s a powerful way to raise awareness and funds for athletes who inspire all of us with their courage and determination.
