This year I will be Plunging in the Polar at the Arrowhead 135 in support of the Polar Plunge. I will be attempting to travel 135 miles by foot from International Falls to Tower MN at the end of January. During training, the ramp up to the event and finally the plunge at Cedar Beach I will be fundraising to support the Polar Plunge MN. This will be my first year participating in the Arrowhead 135 event, yet I've volunteered the last 3 years to learn the intricacies of what these amazing folks do. I've also participated in the Polar Plunge South Metro for the last 3 years to support amazing athletes in our family. What better than to join the 2 efforts?? "Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt."
