Aubrey Laporte
Hi!! Want to know why I'm doing the Polar Plunge? Well, there are two reasons:
First, I'd like to live in a world where people of all abilities have the chance to conquer and win and compete and experience the ups and downs of growth of competition. Your donation helps make this possible.
Second, I'm trying new things. Being intentional in finding joy in living in this frozen tundra of a state. I am choosing to change my mindset about where I live, because I can't leave, not yet anyways. So this is me, trying something new, something that scares me (I'm scared to jump into water - I've never done it in my life).
I'm going to conquer new things in my world while raising funds to help to help others conquer things in theirs.
**NOTE: I picked a low goal because I didn't know what to expect. I should have aimed higher. Don't hold back just because you think I've raised "enough", these funds are all going to a good cause after all.**
