Thanks for visiting my polar plunge fundraising page! I plunge for the amazing athletes that I coach, the amazing athletes I have had the opportunity to present awards to and the athletes I have met along the way. 2026 will be my 7th polar plunge. My first plunge was in 2011 at White Bear Lake, 2012-2013 in Eau Claire and 2023-2025 at Foster Arend Park in Rochester.
