Hi! My name is Abby Promersberger, and I'm excited to be participating in the Dash and Splash on March 7th - a 5K run followed by the Polar Plunge into Lake Nokomis. This is my first year volunteering with Special Olympics, and it has been such a meaningful experience so I wanted to find more ways to give back. When I heard about this opportunity at the Regional Metro Flag Football Tournament, it felt like the perfect way to help raise awareness and support for Special Olympics Minnesota (SOMN).
